LMIA approved. This employer is approved to hire a foreign worker into this role, which is what lets a work permit be issued for it. It does not by itself make you eligible.

About this role

Morden Window & Door is a window and door manufacturer based in Beeton, Ontario, supplying builders and renovators across the region. We are adding a web developer to keep our product catalogue, quote request tools and dealer portal running and current.

Most days are spent on our own site and internal tools: updating product pages when a line changes, fixing forms that stop sending leads, and building small features that save the sales team time. You will work alongside the office and shop staff, so you will see how the products are actually made and sold.

What you'll be doing

  • Site maintenance. Update product pages, pricing displays and dealer listings on our existing website.
  • Forms and enquiries. Build and troubleshoot quote request and contact forms so leads reach the right person.
  • Front-end work. Write clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript for new pages and small interface changes.
  • Internal tools. Help extend a simple database-backed tool the sales team uses to track quotes.

What they're asking for

  • Education. A diploma or certificate in web development, computer programming or a related field, or equivalent self-taught work.
  • Portfolio. At least one finished project, school or personal, that you can walk us through.
  • Technical basics. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a server-side language such as PHP or Python.
  • Work authorization. Legally entitled to work in Canada; the role is onsite in Beeton.

What the employer offers

  • Pay progression. A wage review at six months and again at twelve.
  • Gear. A workstation and any software licences you need are provided.
  • Mentorship. Regular review time with the senior developer and the option to take relevant online courses on us.
